At RealG, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy below applies.
1. Return Period
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Refund Conditions
Product issues (damaged, defective, incorrect item): You are entitled to a 100% refund. Please contact us at support@realg.store before returning the item so we can provide you with the return instructions.
No issue / change of mind: If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (without any defect or problem), you are entitled to a 70% refund.
3. Cancellations Before Delivery
If you request to cancel an order before the package has been delivered, please note that a full refund will not be possible since shipping and handling costs are already incurred. A partial refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will only be processed after we have received the returned package at the address provided by our support team.

SHIPPING POLICY
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost ? Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free International Shipping. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. Hurray!
